國際食品安全文化建設進展分析及對我國的啟示

Progress Analysis of International Food Safety Culture Construction and Its Enlightenment to China

  • 摘要: 為探索建設適合我國國情的食品安全文化,本文收集整理全球食品安全倡議(GFSI)、世界衛生組織(WHO)、國際食品法典委員會(CAC)及歐盟、澳新、美國、英國等組織和國家開展的食品安全文化建設工作的資料,從食品安全文化的定義、出臺的相關政策、建立食品安全文化的重要性、食品安全文化評價原則、應采取的有效措施和評估時使用的工具等方面進行了分析比較,并基于中國傳統文化的積淀、傳承、城鄉食品安全現狀,提出了構建中國特色食品安全文化相關建議,希望為構建符合我國國情的食品安全文化提供參考和借鑒。

     

    Abstract: In order to explore the construction of a food safety culture suitable for China's national conditions, this paper collects and collates the information of the food safety culture construction work carried out by the Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI), the World Health Organization (WHO), the Codex Alimentarius Commission (CAC), the European Union, Australia and New Zealand, the United States, the United Kingdom and other organizations and countries. And the analysis of the definition, policies, improtance, evaluation principles, effective measures and evaluation tools about food safety culture is also conducted. Based on the accumulation and inheritance of Chinese traditional culture and the current situation of urban and rural food safety, suggestions on building a food safety culture with Chinese characteristics are put forward, hoping to provide reference and reference for building a food safety culture in line with China's national conditions.
